Hari ni aku nak apdet.. apa jadi dengan ketam tu... hahaha..
Dah banyak kali tengok rancangan masak-masak kat tv... diorang tunjuk wat masak ketam bercili, lepas tu pecah telor kacau bagi sebati dengan ketam.. dan bersalut.. perghhhh.. punya la terliur...
Kalau kat umah tu, nak beli ketam.. selalu nye mr mama cakap tak payah.. sebab musababnya?
Mr mama tak suka makan ketam..
Anak2 susah nak makan ketam sbb kulit keras nak kopek2..
Menyusahkan dia when anak mintak bantuan tolong kopekkan ketam amik isinya utk diorang.. hahaha..
:P so.. sangattt lah jarang weOls makan ketam kat rumah.. kalau aku nak atau teringin pun, when balik kampung.. aku suka makan ketam, mak/abah/adik/kakak.. semua suka makan ketam.. kat kampung weOls gi beli ketam kat orang yang mmg keje cari ketam.. murah je.. ketam nipah tu rm10 je sekilo.. murah kan kan kan!! beli 20 ekor.. masak ler apa yg suka.. lepas tu sampai kembang jari-jari2 dok ngopek isi ketam.. hahaha..
Nak jimat masa, aku buat masak sambal ketam bertelur ni.. senang je.. macam buat sambal tumis biasa.. cuma when ketam dah masak, akhir skali pecahkan telur dlm kuah tu.. kacau biar telur tu masak dan rata.. gaul skali semua biar ianya bersalut dengan ketam..
Lagi pun senang sket bila nak makan nasi... makan kuah ketam bertelur tu pun dah puas.. dah habis makan nasi, baru kopek isi ketam tu makan.. hmmm kan..
Ketam masak cili bertelur..
Sambal yang berkrim di sukai ramai.. lemak2 telo yang meresap masuk ke isi ketam.. sedappp sangattt!
Ketam Masak Cili Bertelur.
5 Ekor ketam (di cuci dan di belah 2)
1 Ulas bawang besar (cincang halus)
3 Ulas bawang putih ( cincang halus)
5 sudu besar Cili giling
1/2 cawan air asam
Garam dan gula untuk perasa
1 biji telur ayam (di pukul)
Cara2nya:-
Panaskan minyak dalam kuali, tumis bawang besar, bila dah layu bawang besar tu, masukkan bawang putih, kacau rata..
Masukkan cili giling, api biar sederhana... bila dah pecah minyak, masuk air asam dan ketam.. tunggu sampai ketam masak, tutup dengan penutup kuali supaya ketam cepat masak..
Bila dah menidih masukkan garam, gula, gaul rata... agak2 rasa secukupnya, dan ketam pun masak, pecah telur dalam kuah sambal, kacau rata telur dan gaul ke semua bahagian ketam biar bersalut..
Siap untuk di hidang.. tutup api dan boleh di hidang.. :)
saya tak makan ketam tapi mr hubby dan anak2 suka so saya tukang masak je la..ketam cili ni favourite diorang ni..saya pun terliur tengok ni huhu
