Assalamualaikum....
malam tadi malas... sebelum balik aku singgah carrefour beli
daging blackpaper, ayam blackpaper siap2... bawa balik terus
masuk oven.. lepas tu leh la mandi2 sementara nak tunggu ayam
and daging tu masak kan... balik keje cam biasa... kul 6 dah kuar
dari opis... tapi hujan.. tu yg singgah jap kat carrefour tu.. beli lauk..
lepas tu belek sana.. belek sini... tup tup kuar je dari carrefour tu
pun dah kul 8pm... still hujan lagi.. sejukkkk woooo.. dalam kete
macam tak sanggup je nak on aircond.. tapi terpaksa juga on..
sebab nanti berwap2 lak cermin kete kan.. payah.. bahaya tuk
keselamatan.. kan kan kan...
NASI BERYANI DAGING + AYAM BBQ
Bahan2nya:-
1 labu bawang besar di cincang halus
3 ulas bawang putih di tumbuk lumat
1 batang kulit kayu manis..
2 kuntum bunga lawang
2 packet perencah beryani maggie
1 batang carrot di hiris kecil memanjang
1/2 tin kecil tomato puri
1/2 bungkus daging cincang RAMLI
4 cawan beras (di cuci bersih
Air secukup sukatan
2 sudu butter *utk menumis
Daun ketumbar tuk hiasan dan bau
Mula2 masukkan butter dalam kuali, tumis bawang besar..
bila bawang besar dah layu.. masukkan bawang putih dan
kacau garing.. masukkan bunga lawang dan kulit kayu manis..
kacau2 sebati.. masukkan daging cincang.. masak sampai daging
layu... masukkan tomato puri.. kacau2 lagi.. masukkan tomato
puri.. lepas dah menidih sket2... masukkan beras yg dah
di cuci.. lepas tu leh masukkan air.. ikut banyak mana sukatan
nak masak nasi... lepas tu masak la.. sampaiiiiii masak...
dah kembang nasi tu.. masukkan hirisan carrot dan kacau
rata2.. biar nasi betul2 masak.. baru tutup api..
leh la cedok nasi dalam pinggan and taburkan daun
ketumbar dan kalau suka campurkan kismis.. (aku tak)
tak de stock.. :D :D
boleh makan ngan ayam BBQ.. or daging BBQ... suka
selera sendiri... :) okeyyy...
* ayam tu dah siap perap kat carrefour.. so aku
beli cuma balik boh dalam oven je.. :) ehehe..
