Assalamualaikum....
Sekarang ni dah masuk di pertengahan musim buah durian... kiranya selepas habis musim buah durian ni buah2an yang akan menyusul ialah seperti buah manggis, buah rambutan, buah dukung, buah langsat, buah cempedak, buah rambai.. kaya betul tanah Malaysia ni dengan buah-buahan tempatan kan...
Ok.. hari tu mama pergi pasaraya kecil berdekatan rumah, singgah situ sebenarnya cuma nak beli barang-barang basah. Sesambil lalu nampak ada 3 biji cempedak dah mengeluarkan bau. Jadinya mama pun ambil dan belek-belek cempedak tu , mcm cantik je masa matang buah tu untuk di buat goreng.. Jadinya terus mama timbang. Hampir RM20 harganya.. Sekilo RM8.90.. ok lah.. bawa balik rumah malam tu juga mama potong nak tengok berapa ulas isi di dalam..
Alhamdullillah.. banyak juga isi nya.. besar juga ulasnya.. memang berbaloi2.. mama buat goreng untuk 3 kali makan tau.. ada lebih 30 ulas besar..
Buah yg dah siap di asingkan dari kulit, mama simpan dlm bekas supaya boleh di masuk dalam peti sejuk.. sbb banyak sangat, boleh buat banyak kali goreng ni.. rezeki..
3 butir atas tapak tangan.. mmg besar tau.. tu size tapak tangan mama tu.. bukan tapak tangan budak kecil...
mandikan dulu dlm bancuhan tepung sebelum di cedok masuk ke dalam minyak panas. :)
Yang mama dah siap buat gorengan..
Rezeki dapat buah cempedak yang puas hati.. :)
